Write to us. A person reads it.

There is no form on this page. We have not built somewhere for it to post to, and a form that silently discarded your message would be worse than no form at all. The addresses below are ordinary inboxes.

Send us a message

Pick what it is about so it reaches the right person. We do not publish an inbox address — this form is the way in.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

What to expect

Honest limits, rather than a promise we would have to break

Two working days

Monday to Friday, Central European Time. Security reports are looked at the day they arrive, including the ones that turn out to be nothing.

No phone, no chat widget

Everything happens over email. That is partly a matter of scale and partly deliberate: it leaves both of us with a written record of what was actually agreed.

Locked out of an account

There is no password reset email yet — no automated email is configured at all. Write to support from the address the account was created with and it gets sorted out by hand.

One thread per thing

Reply on the thread you started rather than opening a new one. It keeps the history of a problem in one place, which is usually what solves it.

Before you send

Three lines that save a round trip

For anything that is failing, this is what we would otherwise have to write back and ask for.

  1. The request id

Every response carries one. It is what we search on, and with it we can usually see what happened before we have finished reading your message.

  2. The workspace, by name

The workspace's slug — the short name you chose when you created it — never a key. It tells us which space to look inside.

  3. What you expected instead

It is usually quicker to clear up a misunderstanding about the API than to fix a bug in it, and the error alone rarely tells us which of the two we are looking at.

Not sure which address?

Send it to the first one. We would much rather forward a message internally than have you spend any time deciding where it belongs.
